What credits buy: a full script (research, hooks, and the writing) is 14 credits, analyzing a video is 6, tracking a new channel is 4. Refreshing your feed, editing, and anything already analyzed are free.

What exactly is an outlier?
A video whose views are a multiple of what that channel normally gets. We take the median of the channel's recent uploads (leaving out videos too new to judge) and divide. A score of 10x means ten times their usual.
Which platforms do you cover?
YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. You can track any public channel on any of them, and one creator's accounts are grouped together.
Do I have to connect my own accounts?
No. Reelsurfing reads public data about the channels you choose to watch. You never hand over a password or log in to a social platform.
Will the scripts sound like everyone else's?
The structure is borrowed from what worked; the words are about your topic, built from research it shows you. You can rewrite any section by hand or ask for a change to just that part, and any number it can't trace back to the research is flagged for you to check.
How do credits work?
Your plan refills its credits every month, on a yearly plan too. They are spent on the work that costs us money to run: analyzing a video, researching and writing a script, and adding a channel. A step that fails is refunded automatically. On a yearly plan, if you run out you can take next month's credits early, at no charge.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 500 free credits with no card, about 35 full scripts' worth, or more analyses. They never expire. When they are spent, Creator is $10 a month, and the free credits you had left stay with you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in Settings. Moving up, to a yearly plan or a bigger one, starts the new plan that day: you pay its price less what you paid for the months you have not finished. From Creator Monthly to Pro Monthly that is $40 that day, not $50. A payment for moving up cannot be refunded. Moving down happens on your renewal date, with no money returned, and you can change your mind until then.
What happens when my free credits run out?
Nothing is charged. Everything you made stays readable, and you can subscribe whenever you want more. Every charge you ever make is refundable by you, from Settings, for 24 hours, except a payment for moving up to a bigger plan.
